Founder / CEO
Daniella Lopes founded DIFF EDUCATION with the belief that education is the most powerful driver of long-term community transformation.
She is a medical doctor with several years of experience working in humanitarian and conflict-affected settings, where she served in frontline and leadership roles. Her work in complex environments exposed her not only to urgent medical needs, but also to the structural inequalities that limit access to education and opportunity.
These experiences shaped her conviction that sustainable change requires long-term investment in education, local capacity, and equitable access. Her leadership is grounded in field experience, responsibility, and a clear commitment to creating lasting impact.
Chelsea Magumane
Project Manager
Chelsea Magumane leads DIFF EDUCATION’s work on the ground with dedication, strength, and professionalism.
Originally from Maputo, where she studied Management, Chelsea brings strong organizational skills and strategic coordination to every project. She oversees field implementation, supports local teams, and ensures that each initiative is carried out with efficiency and accountability.
Her leadership, local insight, and commitment are essential to transforming vision into tangible impact within the communities we serve.

Community Care & Site Support
Miguel and Ali have been part of DIFF EDUCATION since the very beginning. As the first members to join the project, their presence has been fundamental in shaping the environment we have today.
They are responsible for caring for our compound and ensuring it remains a safe, welcoming, and joyful space for every child and member of the community. Through their daily dedication, attention, and quiet commitment, they help create an atmosphere where children can learn, grow, and feel protected.
